Track and approve hands-on competency sign-offs — the proof that a worker is ready, not just trained.

Monitor the sign-off queue
/training?tab=signoffsOpen Training and switch to the Sign-offs tab. The metrics show your approval rate, rejection rate, average turnaround, and how many reviews are pending. The Trainer Sign-offs section lists submissions awaiting review and the full history — this is where a trainer confirms a worker has demonstrated a skill in practice.
