A short, targeted release. Sen stopped turning down course topics outside its comfort zone, Greek course titles stopped breaking creation, and two loops that misbehaved quietly were closed.

Sen was declining topics it judged outside the industries it knew. It now builds what you describe.

Course topics outside the pre-seeded industries are accepted and built.
A Food & Beverage template joins the built-in set.

Fixes

Course titles in Greek — or any non-Latin script — no longer fail creation.
A confirmation dialog was converting form submissions into the wrong kind of request; forms now submit as intended.
An assessment dispatch loop that could repeat indefinitely is now capped, backed off, and excluded from demo organisations.
